by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
✦ GENERAL TERMS ✦
• Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated & your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
• I have the right to not accept a commission that I do no feel comfortable making.
• if you send a request when the 3 slots are full, you will be put on my waiting list until I clear the current list.
• Finished pieces could only get very small changes.
• In chibi, very complex characters will get simplified.✦ PAYMENT ✦ Payment method: full upfront
[note: PayPal invoicing can accept credit cards, which means you do not need a Paypal account]✦ PROCESS ✦Request received ➜ Application accepted ➜ payment received ➜ rough sketch (1st confirm) ➜ (if there is a second sketch) 2nd confirm ➜ final artwork• I will not be able to make big changes once i start coloring and rendering so please be sure to be satisfied before this step! ^^
• If any cancelation happens after i start working on the project, there will be no refund so please decide carefully before commissioning me!• to finish, it can take up to:
Chibi: 5 days to 2months.
Other illustrations: 10 days to 2 months.
depending on many factors such as; waiting list, complexity, Work, health, or personal reasons.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible!✦ COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ✦The copyright to all illustrations belongs to the artist, me, raran. not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site and use it in my portfolio.• You MAY NOT edit, copy, duplicate, redistribute or resell my illustrations, designs to third parties.
• You MAY NOT upload my graphics , illustrations on NFT or AI-generating services.
• I will not profit further from the commissioned illustrations unless the client breaks the terms of service
• If you require privacy for your commission/request work to be posted on my social media after a certain date, please specify.
• Please be aware that I will not be responsible in the case of you getting a copyright strike, or any penalties that come because of the use of a character that is owned as intellectual property.PERSONAL USE COMMS: All commercial-benefit platforms, such as commercial use/broadcasting and anything that generates money in any kind is extremely prohibited. you are allowed to use it for SNS communities, profile pictures, personal goods, etc. freely!
STREAM USE COMMS: you are allowed to use for broadcasting, streaming, video sources, Like twitch, youtube, and any other platforms. It is prohibited to make profits as products or make non-personal goods using the illustrations such as merch unless agreed otherwise.
